Nurse Manager - Psychiatry/Behavioral Health
The Nurse Manager plans, implements, and evaluates delivery of overall nursing care to patients for a 20-bed adult inpatient psychiatric program at our client hospital, Baptist Health Madisonville, in Madisonville, KY.
The Nurse Manager provides managerial support in conjunction with the Program Director by providing supervision and evaluation of all nursing personnel on the unit. He/she contributes to the program, nursing, and hospital through commitment to nursing goals, the supervision of clinical staff, and participation in the community relations program.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
BSN required, MSN preferred, and minimum of 3-5 years Psych Charge Nurse, Assistant Nurse Manager, or Nurse Manager experience in inpatient psychiatric setting required.

Demonstrates good skills in all forms of communication. Works well with others in a spirit of teamwork and cooperation.
