Senior Human Resources Manager
Our client a very prominent global tier one supplier to the automotive and off high heavy equipment industry is seeking a Senior HR Manager for their flagship facility located in the greater Madisonville KY area. This opportunity is open due to continued growth within the organization and has been coined a critical fill by the North American Director of HR.

Emphasis for the successful candidate will be placed on their ability to understand the business needs of the facility while ensuring translation of those needs into HR Services and standardizing processes to achieve excellent benefits for the facility. The HR Manager is responsible for safeguarding both the needs of the business as well as driving company's standardized processes into the facility. In addition, the HR Manager is responsible for oversight of strategic labor activities and initiatives in relation to Union Management and Labor Relations.
Requirements:
5
years of progressive experience as an HR Manager in Union environment.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing facility.
Experience with Grievance resolutions arbitration experience is required.
Proven knowledge of labor relations and previous experience with contract negotiations.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Employment Law Knowledge including: FMLA, ADA, and Right to Work laws, etc.
Job Description:
Responsible for driving Human Resource functions, including planning and directing employee relations, staffing, training, and compensation activities.
Conduct orientation and induction for newly hired employees and contractors
Coach Managers in a variety of areas including Staffing; Performance Management; Employee Development, and Organizational change.
Build, nurture and maintain strong working relationships with leadership, vendors, team members and relevant organizations. Interface with leadership on both current topics as well as more long-range issues
Respond to grievances and oversee the grievance process as defined at facility level. Perform internal investigations, prepare necessary documentation, and testify at hearings, as required
Analyze HR metrics and create and implement action plans based on those metrics in line with the function and/or business objectives
Work collaboratively with lean initiatives to ensure success of continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop Human Resource policies and programs that promote positive employee relations.
Ensure that Affirmative Action plans are in place and implemented: Participate in any OFCCP audits
Develop and implement training plans and programs for employees and management that ensure the appropriate level of skills are acquired/maintained/documented.
Work with facility Health & Safety team to ensure safety programs are implemented.
Manages of the performance appraisal process to ensure goals and objectives are clearly communicated and performance reviews are completed in a timely manner.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
