Manual/CNC Machinist
Talento Search Group has an opening for a Manual & CNC Machinist in Madisonville, Kentucky.
This is a direct-hire position and the pay rate is $25-$31 per hour, depending on experience.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
Setup and operate CNC lathes and mills for machining operations Operate manual lathe, manual boring mill and knee mill controls Perform precision measurements Perform preventive maintenance on automated machinery Perform changeovers on equipment Troubleshoot and repair machine breakdowns Use blueprints to repair parts and machine components Mig, tig, stick weld and plasma cutting Lead a small group of machine operators in a work cell Experience Needed:
At least 2 years of CNC machinist experience Experience with manual mills, lathes and boring mills Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues including hydraulics and pneumatics Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical issues including wiring, drives, and motors Experience following preventive maintenance programs and report work completed Ability to operate a fork lift and/or overhead crane or be trained to do so About Talento Search Group:
