2K a year The Operations Manager will oversee operations from open till close and ensure that orders are completed correctly and timely.
Supervise employees and assist with staffing as needed, as well as employee counseling.
Essential Job Functions Ensure all operations are carried out timely and correctly Supervisor employees to ensure company policies & procedures and safety protocols are always followed Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices Other job duties as needed Other Duties and Responsibilities Assist with hiring when necessary.
Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.
Perform quality controls and monitor production.
Recruit, train and supervise staff.
Find ways to increase quality of customer service.
Answer the phone and take customer orders Wait on the counter Ensure that products are sold at the highest GM% possible Qualifications Minimum High School diploma or equivalent Manufacturing experience Warehousing experience Purchasing experience Sales experience Must be able to pass drug test, pre-employment physical and background/MVR check Working conditions Inside a facility with no air conditioning Normally works scheduled shift May be required to work extended hours and weekends Physical requirements Must be able to stand for longer periods of time Must be able to list a minimum of 50 lbs.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
